Okay, so....because I've got the idea in my head to color something realistically (as in, without black outlines) I chose an interesting specimen, aka Pete White, from "Venture Bros". This is just pencil so far. I need to ink it, then shade it in layers, and in each layer of shading, I'll remove the outlines to create solid color blocks with shading. I'm just especially interested in making his white eyelashes, because I just think that will be fun. ^.^ Though many sources say that people with albinism don't have pure red eyes, I saw more than one picture of individuals who do, so I'm basing the eye color on a particular picture where the eye had a large red center, and then red with small flecks of blue around the outside.
I'll also be attempting to add the natural green and blue hues that human skin has that I know I tend to ignore when coloring. :/
Oh yeah....I don't own Pete White. If I did, I'd make him fix my computer.
VERY nice. I adore his expression. Lovely, as usual.
"natural green and blue hues" in skin tone? Wow...I hadn't thought about that. See? I'm a bad artist, really. Good luck on that. Sound difficult (says the aspiring painter...)
holy mother of mercy that is a fine peice of man! I love the soft feeling of this, very melt in your mouth delicious I love the nose, I could just grab it and shake him around. I've only seen two eppys of Venture Bros I found pure hiliarity from it but alas, since I only like it ... I can't watch it >.0 ;;; Beautiful job, I can't wait to see it in color.
